Oh my god…. this is making me speechless……
A good example that it’s not just about eating. There are so many other factors that contribute to weight and lifestyle. Address those factors in addition to improving nutrition and exercise and you will have more sustainable weight loss.
This makes me soo sad! :’(
Oh my god, you must watch this…
I actually started crying. This is such a powerful video.

5 Tips For Being & Staying Happy.
———————————————————
1. There’s negative and positive things in your life; So for every negative thought, put a positive thought in your head.
2. Look forward to something, whether it’s in a day or a week; Having something to focus on and look forward to is what gets me through and that’s how I know this works - don’t get me wrong, I have bad days. - Plan things to look forward to, whether it’s seeing a friend or going shopping. Or even just going out. Whatever you want to do, it can be the simplest thing if you want it to be. And when things are hard for you, focus on that good thing that’s coming soon.
3. Make a gratitude list; You may not initially think you have much to be thankful for, but trust me, you probably do. Write down everything you’re thankful for and read it.
4. Write; Pretty much the opposite to the above, write down everything’s that’s wrong right now. I’ve used writing as a method to release things from my mind for a very long time. And it works for me. Even if it just releases negativity or whatever your feeling for that moment.
5. Above all, focus on things that make you happy; Do something that makes you smile or laugh. Try and remove the things that are making you unhappy - I know this isn’t always possible - and replace them with things that do make you happy.

My best friend was naturally skinny and a family friend always told me I was chubby. I hated by body when i was 5. 5 is too young to hate your own body.
